You’ll find that Kim uses top quality Guittard chocolate for all her cocoa confections, as it is unmatched in flavor and is also committed to fair trade practices. She uses the freshest citrus fruits, perfectly roasted coffee beans (sourced from another local business!), and velvety matcha powder for her vibrant green tea truffles. From the hand-rolled ganache, the perfectly piped meringues, the delicate sprinkle of artisanal salt crystals...everything is done with care and intention.
A delightful option to help take some stress off your plate: they can be delivered to your event location and artfully displayed for you on a selection of the Toute Douceur curated collection of glassware and display stands. Many clients use the beautiful confection displays in place of the traditional wedding cake, though they are often served alongside cakes as another way for your guests to enjoy the sweetness of the day!
